How do I talk to a human?The Talk to a human button in Louis hands you over to the support team, with your conversation attached, and Veeton tells you when the team replies.
How do I upload new product photos or packshots on Veeton?Import products from your computer, a folder, your phone or Shopify, then review and upload them into your Products library.
How to create my first AI photoshoot? (step-by-step)Set up a shoot end to end — pick a category, add your product, then choose models, angle shots, outfits and backgrounds before launching.

What are announcements in the notification bell?The Veeton team can post announcements into the notification bell; they appear alongside your other notifications and can be marked read or cleared like any other entry.
What is the "Discover Veeton" block and the Discover page?Workspaces with things left to try see a Discover Veeton block on the dashboard: the next three, and a link to a page listing them all. Progress follows real work and nothing is locked.

Are my images marked as AI-generated?Every export carries invisible Content Credentials recording that it was AI-generated. A visible AI watermark is optional, off by default, and configured under Configuration → Export.
Can I use real models?Veeton works with AI-generated models only — browse the library or generate your own. Real people and imported models are not supported.
How do I delete or archive a project?Delete or archive projects from the project library by selecting them and using the toolbar actions; deletion asks for confirmation and cannot be undone.
How do I organise my angle shots into categories?Set, change or remove the category of your own angle shots, create your own categories, and understand where uncategorized shots show up.
How to create a product from a tech packUse Tech Pack To Product in Veeton to turn a tech pack PDF into a front or back product view, before the garment exists as a photograph.

Billing data temporarily unavailableThe billing page can briefly show "Billing data temporarily unavailable". It is a temporary loading issue — the subscription is unaffected; the Retry button reloads the data.

What are Veeton's plans?Veeton has one plan, Pro, sized by how many credits you need per month — five tiers from 100 to 2000 credits, monthly or yearly.
What happens if I don't use all my credits before the end of the month?Unused credits roll over — they stay valid for 2 months on a monthly plan, and 13 months on a yearly one.
What if I run out of credits mid-month?Generation pauses until your renewal — nothing is billed on top of your plan, and upgrading adds credits immediately.
