How do I talk to a human?
Louis can hand you over to the support team whenever you want a person.
Reach a human
Section titled “Reach a human”Open Louis and click Talk to a human in its header. Louis closes and the Veeton chat opens in its place.
Send your message in that chat to reach the team. The handover only goes through once you write — opening the chat and closing it again reaches no one.
What the team sees
Section titled “What the team sees”Veeton passes your conversation with Louis along with the handover, so the person picking it up already sees what you asked and what you tried. You do not have to explain your problem from the start.
When the team replies
Section titled “When the team replies”You do not have to keep checking. On a computer, when someone answers, the chat button comes back in the bottom-right corner with a red badge counting the unread replies — including on your next visit, if the reply arrived while you were away, and on any other computer you sign in from.
Open the chat to read the reply. The badge clears once you have opened the conversation, and the button stays there so you can carry the conversation on.
On a phone there is no chat button and no badge: the corner belongs to the tab bar. Open your account menu and tap Contact support to read the reply and carry the conversation on. Your conversations are the same on every device you sign in from.
Your past conversations
Section titled “Your past conversations”The chat keeps every conversation you have had with the team: the list opens from the chat header, and any of them can be reopened and continued. Sign in on another computer or phone and the same list is there.
Go back to Louis
Section titled “Go back to Louis”Reopen Louis and you carry on where you left off — closing the chat and opening it again never loses your place. When you come back to Veeton after more than an hour without a message, he starts a fresh conversation instead. The previous one is not lost: it is one click away under Past conversations in the chat header.
