How to create an editorial shoot

An editorial shoot builds an image around a scene rather than around a product page. You describe the picture you want — or hand Veeton a reference to imitate — and cast your own products and models into it.

Open Editorial

In the sidebar, open Studio and click Editorial — or use the Editorial tile on your dashboard.

Two ways to start

Start from a reference. Upload an image whose look you want, and Veeton reads it to write the prompt for you. The prompt lands in the editor as editable text and chips, so you refine it from there. References can also come from My references (anything you have already generated a prompt from) and My results (your own past editorial images).

Start from scratch. Choose From scratch and describe the image yourself.

Cast your own assets

The prompt is not plain text. Select or drag a model, a product, a background or an angle shot into it, and each becomes a chip bound to a real asset from your library. Click a chip to remove it, edit its text, or replace it with another image from the gallery.

You need at least a product, a model and an angle shot before you can generate. A background is optional.

Generate

Choose how many images to produce — 1, 2 or 4 — and the aspect ratio, then click Generate. A confirmation shows the number of images before anything is billed.

Use Copy shareable prompt to hand the whole setup to a teammate.

• Editorial images cost 10 credits each, like any other on-model image
• Editorial is included in the free trial
• Editorial results cannot be edited with Edit with AI, but you can use them as the source for Model Swapping
