How to change my plan?
Move between plans, or between monthly and yearly billing, at any time.
Upgrading or downgrading: immediate
Section titled “Upgrading or downgrading: immediate”Any plan change takes effect immediately, whether you move to a bigger plan, a smaller one, or between monthly and yearly billing.
- You are charged the full price of the new plan today, and your billing cycle restarts on the day you switch
- The new plan’s credits are added to your balance straight away, so you can spend them without waiting for a renewal
- Credits you have not used yet roll over: they stay valid for 2 months from when they were granted on a monthly plan, and 13 months on a yearly one
- Switching from monthly to yearly billing saves you 15%
If you run out of credits
Section titled “If you run out of credits”Your plan includes a set number of credits per billing period, and generation stops once you use them up. Nothing is charged beyond your plan price — there is no extra usage billed on top, so an invoice never surprises you.
You then have two options:
- Upgrade plan, which adds its credits to your balance immediately so you can carry on
- Wait for your renewal at the end of the billing period, when your credits are replenished
Coming from an older plan
Section titled “Coming from an older plan”If your account still runs on one of our earlier plans, open the Plans tab and pick the credit plan you want. The switch takes effect straight away: you are charged the full price of the new plan, its credits land in your balance immediately, and your billing cycle restarts on the day you switch.
On a Studio contract, your plan is arranged with our team — get in touch from the Studio card in the Plans tab and we will set the change up with you.
Adjusting your plan keeps your subscription in step with your production needs, whether they grow, shrink, or move around during the year.
