How to send an image to Louis
Show Louis an image instead of describing it. Point at a reference you like, a photo with a problem, or a garment you want made into a product — he looks at what you send and works from it.
Three ways to attach an image
Section titled “Three ways to attach an image”- Drop it anywhere on the panel — the whole conversation is a target, not just the message box.
- Paste it into the message box.
- Use the paperclip in the message box to browse for a file.
Attached images appear above the box before you send. Click the × on one to remove it.
What Louis accepts
Section titled “What Louis accepts”- Up to four images per message. If you send more, Louis attaches only the first four — send the rest in a follow-up message.
- Images only. Louis does not attach PDFs or other files. To turn a tech pack PDF into a product, use Tech Pack To Product rather than the chat.
How Louis receives them
Section titled “How Louis receives them”Veeton resizes attachments to 1536 pixels on their longest side and converts them to JPEG before sending. Louis sees a smaller copy than the file on your computer — enough to look at and describe.
This matters when Louis creates something from your image. For a product you intend to shoot and sell, add the photo through your product library instead, which keeps the original resolution.
