How do I read the Analytics page?
Analytics, in the sidebar, shows what happened to the images your organization generated, what they cost, and how your team uses the studio. It covers the whole organization, not only your own work.
Analytics is being rolled out gradually. If you do not see it in the sidebar, it is not available on your account yet.
Filters
Section titled “Filters”At the top of the page:
- The date range: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or Custom for a range of your own. The page opens on a custom range that starts on 25 September 2026, the day downloads began to be counted, and ends today.
- The project: All projects, or one of them.
- The workflow: All workflows, or one image workflow (photo shoots, product beautifier, model swaps, editorials, recolorings, sketch to image).
A few cards cannot take one of the filters. When that filter is set, the card says so under its title — for example, the runway always covers your whole organization.
Outcomes
Section titled “Outcomes”Every generated image lands in exactly one of three outcomes:
- Downloaded: saved or exported, in any version. Downloading an edited version counts for the original image.
- Unused: still in the gallery, never downloaded.
- Rejected: archived or deleted, never downloaded.
A touch-up is one “Edit with AI” or one detail fix made on an image. Touch-ups are not an outcome: they are shown as the lighter part of each outcome, so you can see how many downloaded, unused or rejected images were touched up.
- Headline numbers compares the period with the one just before it: images generated, share downloaded, share of downloaded images that needed no touch-up, share rejected, and, on a credit plan, credits spent and credits per download.
- Outcomes over time shows the share of each outcome by the week the images were generated. Every week is drawn to 100%, so a busy week and a quiet one compare. The most recent weeks always look worse than they will end up: their images have had less time to be downloaded.
Downloads are counted from 25 September 2026. A period that starts earlier undercounts downloads for the days before, and the page says so.
Rework
Section titled “Rework”- Touch-ups before download: how many touch-ups your downloaded images needed (none, 1, 2, 3 or more).
- Touch-ups on every image: the same count over every image, downloaded or not.
- Rework over time: the share of images that needed at least one touch-up, by week generated. The dotted end of the line is still settling.
- Kinds of rework: everything your team ran on an image after generating it — edits, detail fixes, upscales, background removals, crops and adjustments. Rework is wider than touch-ups: an upscale or a crop is rework, but it does not count as a touch-up in the cards above.
What the group shows depends on how your plan is billed: in credits, or in a currency (older plans). The cards below are the ones of a plan billed in credits.
- Credits left: your balance right now, the same figure as in Billing & plans. If it cannot be read, the tile says so and the runway is not shown; the burn rate is unaffected.
- Burn rate: the credits spent in the period, divided by the days of the period that have passed. The small figure beside it is the change against the period before.
- Runway: your balance divided by the burn rate — how many days your credits last if you keep the same pace. It says whether that covers the time until your next renewal, or by how many days it falls short. The credits your next renewal adds are not counted.
- Next renewal: the date your plan renews, as in Billing & plans. It is empty during a free trial, when your subscription is set to end, and when you are billed through Shopify; the runway is then given without a verdict.
- Burn rate by workflow and by project: where the credits go. Credits spent from the library or the home page belong to no project and are listed as Outside any project.
- Burn rate over time: credits per day, week or month depending on the length of the period.
- Credits by outcome: what was spent on downloaded, unused and rejected images, touch-ups included.
- Generating versus fixing: the split of your spend between generating images, reworking them, and everything else (models, videos, extractions).
On a plan billed in a currency (USD or EUR), the group shows two cards instead, and both follow your current billing period, not the period chosen at the top of the page; the project and workflow filters do not apply to them.
- Allowance left: what remains of the amount your plan includes for the billing period, the same amount as Current allowance in Billing & plans, which shows it rounded and in credits (1 credit for 1 USD or 1 EUR). It is empty when your plan includes no allowance. If it cannot be read, the tile says so and the runway is not shown; the burn rate is unaffected.
- Burn rate: the amount used since the billing period started, divided by the days that have passed.
- Runway: the allowance left divided by the burn rate. It says whether that covers the time until your next renewal, or by how many days it falls short. Once the allowance is used up, the tile reads 0 days and gives the projected overage: the usage billed beyond your allowance so far, when that amount can be read. It is empty when nothing was spent in the billing period.
- Next renewal: the date your plan renews, as in Billing & plans. It is empty during a free trial, when your subscription is set to end, and when you are billed through Shopify; the runway is then given without a verdict.
- Spend by item: what the billing period’s usage is made of, one line per billed item. If the detail cannot be read, the card says that no breakdown is available.
On a plan billed in credits, if your runway is shorter than the time to your renewal, see What if I run out of credits mid-month?. On a plan billed in a currency, usage beyond your allowance is billed as overage: the amount is in Billing & plans.
Usage per workflow and Activity
Section titled “Usage per workflow and Activity”These count every workflow your team launches, including videos and models, not only the ones that make an image.
- Generations by workflow: completed generations per workflow.
- Downloaded rate by workflow: for image workflows, the share of images that were downloaded. A workflow with fewer than 5 images is listed but marked Not ranked.
- Workflows over time and Generations over time: completed generations per day, week or month.
- When your team works: completed generations by weekday and hour, in your own timezone.
What the numbers do not include
Section titled “What the numbers do not include”- Failed generations are not counted, and neither are the credits refunded for them.
- A generation is counted on the day it was launched, whatever day it was downloaded or edited. Days, weeks and months are cut in UTC, so a generation launched late in the evening can land on the next day’s bar. Only When your team works uses your own timezone.
- A card with nothing to show for the period and filters says so rather than showing zero.
