How do I manage my products after uploading them on Veeton?

Once you upload your packshots, the Products page is where you organize and update them.

Find your products

In the left-hand sidebar, open the Library section and click Products. You get a grid of everything you have uploaded, each item showing its preview image and the details you filled in.

Edit a product

Click a product to open the Product configuration modal. From there you can change its category, gender, title, SKU reference and description, and add or replace its images. Changes save automatically. See How do I edit an uploaded SKU in Veeton? for the detail.

Rename a product from a result

Open any generated image and look at Generation attributes in its detail panel. It lists the product and each styling item used, under the name they carry in your library. Rename either one on the spot: click the name, type, then press Enter. This renames the product itself, so the change applies in Products and on every other image generated from it.

The reverse holds too. These rows always show what your libraries hold right now, not the name a product had on the day the image was generated — so renaming a product, a model or an angle shot in its own library updates the results that used it. The model and angle shot rows are read-only here: rename those from Models and Angle shots.

Filter and sort

Use the Filters button to narrow the grid by category, gender, date or tags, and sort it by its columns, title and date included. On a computer the button opens a short menu with one row per filter; move the pointer over a row to see its choices beside it, and tick as many as you like — the menu stays open, and the number on each row says how many are set. The Category row opens a two-level list instead: pick a group first, then tick the categories inside it, with an arrow at the top to go back to the groups and Reset underneath to drop the whole selection. The Tags row opens a searchable list: type to narrow it, then tick the tags you want. The Date row opens a calendar: click a first day and a last to keep only the products imported between the two, or the same day twice for a single day. Days after today cannot be picked, and Clear under the calendar removes the date alone, keeping your other filters. Clear, at the top right of the menu, removes every filter at once — the quickest fix when the grid comes back empty.

Inside a project, a This project | All products switch sits next to the filters: the grid starts on the products linked to the project, and All products shows your whole library. When the project has no product matching your filters but the rest of your library does, the grid says how many and offers Browse your library.

Delete products

• One product — select it and click the trash icon
• Several at once — tick them with the checkboxes, then click the trash icon. This is the fastest way to tidy up a large library

Deleting a product removes it from your library permanently, but it does not delete the images or videos you already generated from it.
