What kind of backgrounds do we offer?
Veeton has a curated catalog of backgrounds, sorted into categories so you can match a setting to your brand and product. You choose one when you set up a photo shoot, and again when you beautify a packshot.
The categories
Section titled “The categories”- Monochrome — clean, single-color backdrops that keep all the attention on the product
- Pastel — soft, muted tones for minimalist or premium-feeling visuals
- Vivid — bold, saturated colors that make a product jump off the page
- Textured — surfaces with material and depth, like concrete, stone or fabric
- Indoor — interior scenes, from studio corners to furnished rooms
- Outdoor — exterior settings, streets and natural light
- Floor — floor-level surfaces, shot from above or at an angle
Every scene is available on every plan, the free trial included.
Your own backgrounds
Section titled “Your own backgrounds”In the Product beautifier, under My backgrounds, add a flat color of your own by entering its hex code and giving it a name. Veeton saves it for your whole organization, and it appears beside the catalog every time you beautify a product.
Two things to know: custom backgrounds are available on every plan, and they work in the Product beautifier only — a photo shoot uses the catalog.
Choosing more than one
Section titled “Choosing more than one”In a photo shoot you can select several backgrounds for the same product. Veeton generates each one separately, so two backgrounds means two sets of images — see How to create my first photo shoot for how that multiplies with your models and angle shots.
