How to set up your export preferences
Configuration → Export holds the settings applied to every export — the ones you start yourself, and the ones Louis prepares for you.
Naming template
Section titled “Naming template”A naming template decides how your exported files are named and foldered. Click New, name it, then build a path pattern formula from tokens: Project, Tool Name, Product Name, Angle, Product Reference, Date. / creates a folder, _ and - join tokens, and any word you type is inserted as text. The file extension is added automatically.
The preview shows the resulting tree. A pattern needs at least one token, and cannot start or end with a separator, nor have two separators in a row. Keep several templates and switch the active one.
Image format
Section titled “Image format”One row per tool: choose the extension it exports as — WEBP, JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIF, TIFF or AVIF. Video shoots always export as MP4.
Colour profile
Section titled “Colour profile”The ICC profile embedded in your exported images — sRGB, Adobe RGB (1998) or Display P3 — so editing tools like Photoshop open them in the right colour space.
AI watermark
Section titled “AI watermark”A transparency watermark added to every exported visual, to meet EU AI Act requirements. Pick at least one of: a text label (Made with Veeton AI by default), your brand logo (PNG, JPEG or WebP, under 2 MB) and a background colour. Your original product photos export without it — they are not AI-generated.
