Complete a product configuration with Louis
You choose the product; Louis can choose the rest. On a project’s setup page, every product configuration offers two ways to hand him the work:
- Complete with Louis — at the bottom of a configuration that cannot be generated yet. Louis fills whatever is missing: the styling, the model, the angle shot, the background.
- Adjust the choices with Louis — the ✨ in the card’s side toolbar, on a configuration that is already complete. Louis reviews the styling, model, angle shot and background, and may replace some elements to follow your direction.
What happens when you click
Section titled “What happens when you click”A direction field opens directly in the configuration, in a gray section under the slots. The prompt, progress and confirmation stages share this same area. You can give Louis a mood, a color or a model, or leave the field empty. Press Enter or Complete.
The strip turns into a status line and the slots fill in one by one — styling, model, angle shot, background — each with a short title. When he is done, the direction line opens again under his picks. This section offers:
- Confirm all — his picks stay, the marks go away.
- The direction line — write what to change and press Enter or Send for another pass. Louis changes only what you ask for and keeps the rest.
- The arrow at the end of the line hides it; the ✨ on the configuration brings it back.
- On each slot he filled, Redo runs him again for that slot only, and Confirm accepts it.
Once all his slots have been confirmed, this temporary section automatically collapses. The selected items stay in the configuration.
Stop interrupts him; what had already landed stays. If he cannot finish, the row returns to its direction line with the reason under it — adjust the direction, or leave it, and send again. To take his picks further — “use Tara instead”, “no styling”, “a second pose” — write it in the direction line still open under his picks.
Several configurations at once
Section titled “Several configurations at once”Tick the configurations you want him to finish — the checkbox on each card, or Select all in the toolbar. As soon as the selection holds at least one configuration with its product and an empty slot, the toolbar shows Complete … with Louis with the count. Fully configured cards and cards still being saved are left out of the count and untouched.
The same direction field opens under the toolbar: one optional direction applies to every selected configuration. Press Enter or Complete. Each row then shows its own status line and fills in slot by slot, while the strip under the toolbar counts the configurations done. Louis casts the first configuration on its own and matches the others to it, so the set reads as one photo shoot.
When every row is done, the strip under the toolbar sums up how many were completed, and offers Confirm all and Undo all for the whole set. Each row still has its own direction line and Confirm all, so you can accept most of them and rework one. Stop interrupts every row; what had landed stays.
What Louis never does
Section titled “What Louis never does”- He never overrides what you chose when completing. A model or angle shot already on the configuration stays; he only fills the gaps. A refinement is different: there he changes what your direction asks for, your own picks included, and what he replaced is not put back.
- He never generates. Completing a configuration spends no credits. When you are happy, launch it yourself from the Generate button, which shows the image count first.
- He keeps it small. One model, one angle shot, at most one background by default — a configuration renders models × angle shots × backgrounds images, and he stays within a couple.
If the button is missing
Section titled “If the button is missing”Louis appears on configurations that already have their product. A configuration still being saved shows the buttons grayed out for a moment. If you can chat with Louis but see none of his buttons on the project page, this part of Louis is not enabled on your account yet.
