How to delete my account?

You can delete your own account from Veeton at any time. The deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Delete your account

1. Click your profile picture at the top right of the screen (on a phone, open the account menu and tap your profile card).
2. Select Account.
3. Open the Security tab.
4. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete account, then type Delete account to confirm.

What happens to your subscription

• If you are the only member of your organization, your subscription is canceled automatically at the end of the current billing period, so you are not charged again. A free trial is canceled the same way. On a yearly plan that end date can be up to a year away. The period already paid for is not refunded, so you can keep using your remaining credits until you delete.
• If other people stay in your organization, your deletion does not cancel their plan — the organization and its billing carry on without you, whatever role the people left behind have. One thing to settle first: if you are the only admin, give the admin role to another member in Organization > Members before you delete — see How to add members to my account. An organization left without an admin can no longer be managed, and untangling its access and billing afterwards needs our help.
• If you belong to several organizations, only the one you used last is handled automatically. Any other organization where you were the last member may keep its subscription running — contact us and we will check it for you.
• If your plan is billed through Shopify, the charge lives in Shopify and is not canceled by deleting your Veeton account. Your plan and its credits keep being granted as well, so cancel the Veeton app subscription from your Shopify admin too.

If you are still charged after deleting your account, contact us — we will close the subscription for you.

Before you delete

Deleting removes your access to your generated images, products and projects. Export anything you want to keep first.

Some data associated with your account is kept after the deletion. If you want it erased in full, contact us and ask for a complete data deletion.

If you only want to stop paying, cancelling your subscription keeps your account and your work accessible instead.
