How do I filter and sort my projects?
Open Library › Projects. Above the list sit a search field, the Filters button, three date chips, Group by and the sort control.
Filters
Section titled “Filters”On a computer, Filters opens a short menu with one row per filter; move the pointer over a row to see its choices beside it, and tick as many as you like — the menu stays open, and the number on each row says how many are set. On a phone or a tablet, the button opens a flat panel that lists every filter at once, the Date row opening its calendar from its own field.
- Status — All projects, In progress or Completed.
- Date — a calendar over the day each project was created: click a first day and a last to keep only the projects created between the two, or the same day twice for a single day. The calendar shows two months side by side on a computer and one on a phone; days after today cannot be picked. Clear under the calendar removes the date alone and keeps your other filters.
- Archived — Show archived brings archived projects back into the list; see How do I delete or archive a project?
- Tags — keep only the projects carrying the tags you pick; see How do I organize my library with tags?
Clear, at the top right of the menu, removes every filter, the search and the tag selection at once and puts the sort back to newest first — the quickest fix when the list comes back empty.
Date chips
Section titled “Date chips”Next to the button, Yesterday, Last week and Last 30 days set the date filter in one click: the day before today, or the seven or thirty days ending today. A chip reads as active while the calendar holds exactly its range; click it again to remove the date filter.
Search, sort and group
Section titled “Search, sort and group”The search field matches project names. The sort control orders the list by title, status or date. Group by lays the list out in a section per tag instead of one flat list — see How do I organize my library with tags?
Your filters stay for the session and are written into the page’s address, so a reloaded or shared link opens the list filtered the same way.
