How to remove a background, upscale or edit any image
The Quick touch-up pages run one tool on images you upload, without going through a photo shoot or a product first: Remove background, Upscale or Edit with AI.
The Quick touch-up pages are being rolled out gradually. If you do not see Quick touch-up in All tools, they are not available on your account yet.
How to touch up your images
Section titled “How to touch up your images”- Open All tools and pick Remove background, Upscale or Edit with AI under Quick touch-up.
- Drop your images onto the dropzone or browse for them — up to 50 per launch.
- For Edit with AI, write the instruction: what to change, for example “Remove the crease on the left sleeve”. The same instruction applies to every image of the launch.
- Click the launch button. From 5 images, a confirmation shows the number of images and their cost in credits before anything is launched.
Where the results go
Section titled “Where the results go”Each image you launch becomes an imported image in your results: a result of its own, showing the uploaded image until the touch-up is done, then the touched-up version. Imported images appear in the History panel of the page and under the Imported image filter in the results gallery.
The original upload stays one click away: open the image and switch versions in its history. You can keep touching it up from there — another background removal, an upscale, Edit with AI, a crop or a color adjustment — and each one adds a version.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Remove background and Upscale cost 1 credit per image. Edit with AI costs 5 credits per image.
- An image is only added to your results once its touch-up is launched. Images you drop and remove, never launch, or whose launch is refused (for example for lack of credits) are not kept as results.
- A launch takes up to 50 images; past that, the extra images are not added and Veeton shows “Up to 50 images per launch”. Launch them in a second batch.
- If an image shows “This image could not be imported”, its upload failed: drop it again. Files must follow Veeton’s usual file formats and size limits.
- These pages need a computer: on a phone they are not available.
- Images you upload here are not added to your Product library.
- If a launch is refused for lack of credits, nothing is launched and nothing is charged. If it only partly goes through, Veeton tells you how many images were sent; the others stay on the page so you can launch them again without uploading them twice.
- To touch up a result you already have — a photo shoot image, a packshot — open it in the results gallery and use the image editor instead; see How to edit my photo shoot?.
