What if I run out of credits mid-month?

When your balance reaches zero before your renewal date, generation pauses. Veeton has no extra usage: we never bill anything on top of your plan price, so you cannot run up a bill you did not expect.

You have two ways forward:

• Upgrade plan — the change takes effect immediately and adds its credits to your balance straight away, so you can carry on without waiting.
• Wait for your renewal, when your credits are replenished.

Running out before the end of the cycle regularly usually means your tier is a size too small. The plan tiers run from 100 to 2000 credits per month.
